Colloidal solutions of silver and copper oxide nanoparticles stabilized with new environmentally friendly surfactants of biogenic origin as well as colloidal solutions of mono- and bimetallic nanoparticles stabilized by rhamnolipid (Ag-RL, CuO-RL, Ag-CuO-RL) were synthesized and their structure was confirmed. Based on the study of the kinetics of the "green" synthesis of silver nanoparticles in rhamnolipid solutions the rate constants of the nucleation and growth of the new phase and the activation parameters of the process were established. The antimicrobial properties of silver nanoparticles, copper oxide nanoparticles and bicomponent Ag–CuO nanoparticles against test microorganisms Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Agrobacterium tumefaciens were studied. The formation of Ag4 nanocluster was investigated by the methods of quantum chemistry in the DFT approximation on the basis of the model reaction of Ag+ reduction by hydrazine and the thermodynamic parameters of the elementary stages of the process were established. Based on the established peculiarities of "green" synthesis of mono- and bimetallic nanoparticles Ag-RL, CuO-RL and Ag-CuO-RL, the methods of obtaining of their colloidal solutions are optimized. A laboratory model of a flow tubular reactor was created and the technological regulations for the synthesis of Ag-RL colloidal solutions were optimized. A schematic diagram of a batch laboratory reactor for the synthesis of colloidal solutions of CuO-RL and Ag-CuO-RL is proposed and the material balances of the processes are calculated.
