The object of research is the processes of measuring transformation in precision double-electrode conductometric cells (DCC) of the contact type. The purpose of the work is to develop a sketch documentation, technology of manufacturing and creating a layout sample of a precision conductometric differential cell (CDC), which may be a prototype of a primary cell for reproduction, preservation and transmission of a unit of electrolytic conductivity (EC) of liquids. Research methods - computer simulation using methods of finite elements to calculate the differential equations of Laplace; electric simulation using the information theory of measurements, theoretical foundations of electrical engineering. The urgency of the work is determined by the need to preserve the unit of measurement of the EC dissolved electrolytes on a longer interval of time and needs to improve the efficiency of the transmission system of the unit of electrolytic conductivity in Ukraine by providing its standard level. The main results of the work are: - installation of disadvantages of the reference CDC of Jones leading states of the world in particular significant measurement errors (0.08% when mixing pipes by 0.6 mm); - development of principles of CDC construction with calculated constant, namely an idealized CDC model and three mathematical models for calculating amendments; - in choosing the type of polished surface of a metal electrode based on the analysis of the frequency dependencies of the DCC impedance; - in the selection of new constructive solutions and the creation of the CDC layout of Jones, which has a collapsibility, the tightness of the design and the estimates of CDC constants.
