Theoretical and practical results: the structure of neurotic and somatopsychic states in patients with CRC at different stages of treatment has established. It was found that 74% of patients at different stages of treatment showed pronounced signs of neurotic and somatopsychic disorders, in the form of asthenic conditions (44,4%), anxiety-depressive (25,9%), anxiety-phobic (14,8%), hypochondriac (14,8%), depressive syndrome (14,8%), often with the presence of suicidal tendencies (14,8%). At the stage of surgical treatment, there were significantly more distress than at the stages of radiation and chemotherapy, in 30% of patients the indicators of anxiety and depression were at the pathological level, the clinical and mental state was characterized by anxiety-phobic (40%), anxiety-depressive reactions (30%) and asthenic condition (20%). Level the anxiety at the stage of radiation therapy was recorded at the pathological rate in 30,8% of patients, depression at the subclinical and clinical level was diagnosed in 46,1%. Clinical and mental state was characterized by the presence of asthenic state (61,6%), depressive symptoms was expressed in different variants as anxiety-depressive state (30,8%), depressive (15,4%), subdepressive (15,4%), hypochondriac states (15,4%), which in one third of patients were burdened with suicidal thoughts. Novelty: for the first time, data on neurotic and somatopsychic conditions in patients with CRC at different stages of complex treatment, supplemented data on their psychological status at the stage of radiation and chemotherapy.
