The paper solves a number of applied and theoretical problems related to the development of a promising class of space optoelectronic systems (OES) for remote sensing of the Earth (remote sensing) of the visible spectrum. As part of the work, the composition of the nanosatellite radio communication subsystem with a high-speed channel (up to 5000 Kbps) "Bort-Zemlya" was substantiated, the principle of its construction was developed, as well as software development. New constructive and technological solutions for the production of solar panels from arsenide - gallium photodetectors are proposed. Physical and technical bases of sensor technologies directly to the Sun and improvement of their radiation resistance are developed and tested. The work included: development of the design of the PolyITAN-3 nanosatellite with the use of honeycomb-panel heat shields and thermoregulatory coatings in order to eliminate significant energy costs to ensure optimal thermal operation of satellite equipment; thermal modeling and conducting experimental ground tests. The object of research and development is a 3 U CubeSat PolyITAN-3 nanosatellite, including the design of the frame and frame of solar panels, optoelectronic scanner, information formation process in the space TV camera, high-speed radio channel and receiver of signals from international satellite navigation systems.
