The periods of pulsars detected at the first stage are finally specified and the periods of pulsars detected at the second stage of the project implementation are also refined. The flux density of all detected pulsars was estimated, the scattering time constant and pulse widths for some sources were measured. Estimates of the upper limits of the flux density for as yet undetected pulsars have been made. The histogram of the galactic latitudes’ distribution of all studied objects and their location in the Galaxy is constructed and analyzed. The universal package of data processing routines for pulsar observations recorded in the "waveform" mode has been improved and the errors found have been corrected; the developed pipeline was also tested on the observations of the five pulsars closest to the Earth. Estimates of the rotation measure values, its rapid changes and the magnetic field in the direction of the pulsars PSR B0950+08 and PSR B0809+74 in the decameter wave range were obtained. The proposed method for determining the rotation measure sign in observations with a single linear polarization using the ionosphere effect on real data is tested.
