The nature of changes in the structure, optical and electrical properties of composite films under the action of gases (ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride, etc.) and vapors of organic substances (chloroform, nitrobenzene, toluene, tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide, etc.) has been established. Ways to improve the sensitivity of optical ammonia sensors by improving the signal recording system are outlined. The optimal content of the thermosetting composition with high absorption and low reflection of IR radiation was offered; the mechanical and anticorrosive properties of composite coatings were established. Methods for recovery and improving the reversibility of optical and electrical properties of sensor films after the action of gaseous media have been improved. The optimal composition of polymer sensor structures is proposed and their approbation is carried out in the working model of a portable optical gas sensor, laboratory samples of food freshness indicators are made, their tests are carried out in different technological conditions. Marketing researches are carried out and the project of the technological instruction on process of formation of composite sensory structures is made. The obtained results will be used for the manufacture of portable sensors for environmental monitoring and food freshness indicators based on composites of conjugated polymers with dielectric polymer matrices and inorganic nanoclusters.
