The purpose of the work - analysis of trends in world space activities, the state and problems of space remote sensing systems, orbital service systems, space industrial complexes, machine learning methods in control and modeling of spacecraft dynamics and statistical methods of mathematical modeling of space debris. Research methods - information-analytical, systems design, systems analysis, theoretical mechanics, mechanics of space flight, optimization theory, mathematical modeling, deep machine learning. The following results were obtained. The analysis of the world market of transport space systems, satellite remote sensing and communication systems is performed. The basic configuration of a promising space industrial platform is given. The method of parametric identification in the modeling problem in the class of beta-autoregressive models is developed. Trends in the development of optimization methods for the design of rocket and space technology have been identified. Trends in the development of remote sensing systems in low and ultralow orbits have been identified. Ballistic problems of development of SOS systems of space industrial complexes are revealed. Problems of application of methods of management of spatial position of not cooperating object of SOS are defined. An analysis of achievements in the use of deep learning to solve problems of navigation, guidance and control of space systems.
