There is a survey was implemented to study a post-traumatic stress disorder in IDPs from the anti-terrorist operation zone (720 IDPs) Patients were divided into 2 groups. The complex of therapy for patients of both groups included pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy. Main group’s patients additionally received hepatoprotector with antioxidant and immunomodulatory effects. The clinical and psychopathological spectrum of PTSD included anxious, dysphoric, asthenic and somatoform types. The results of clinical and immunological studies of the patients showed the presence of the secondary immunodeficiency in IDPs with PTSD. Under the influence of the developed therapy regression of psychopathological symptoms, restoration of social functioning, functional state of the immune system was registered. There were analyzed 15 thousand of the disease histories to study the peculiarities of suicidal behavior (SB) in patients with schizophrenia from the ATO zone. 282 patients were selected. The main group consisted of 136 patients, the control group - 130 patients, the groups were divided by gender. An algorithm of the treatment process has been developed (gradual provision of complex medical, psychotherapeutic and social care). Depending on the therapeutic approach, patients were divided into two groups: the main - 71 patients (author's therapy), and the comparison group - 65 patients (therapy according to standard clinical protocol). Changes in the phenomenological structure of suicidal behavior in patients with schizophrenia living in the anti-terrorist operation zone were revealed. As a result, the dynamics of clinical and psychopathological disorders carried out under the influence of complex therapy of patients with schizophrenia with suicidal behavior from the ATO zone was positive.
