The purpose of the study: to substantiate and develop an algorithm for assessing and predicting the psychophysiological state of athletes, the functional state of the nervous and muscular systems, taking into account the nature of sports activities. Object of research: Functional state of the nervous and muscular system, psychophysiological features of athletes. Subject of research: Changes in electroneuromyographic and psychophysiological parameters of athletes as a result of adaptation to high-intensity sports training. Research methods: psychophysiological, psychological, electromyographic, biochemical research methods, questionnaires, observations and statistical methods. Research results: Approaches to the development of technology for monitoring electromyographic and psychophysiological indicators for early diagnosis of disorders of the nervous and muscular systems of athletes (pain, etc.), prevention of negative consequences of occupational stress, including organizational and methodological components, testing program sports, informative methods and scales for assessing the functional potential of athletes, software for assessing the regulatory mechanisms of maladaptation. Criteria for assessing the functional state of the nervous and muscular systems, the psychophysiological state of athletes in specific sports at different stages of sports training are determined; scientifically substantiated recommendations and proposals for the correction of the training process and competitive activities of qualified athletes have been developed, which will reduce the level of injuries of athletes.
