The purpose of the work is to create a hardware-software complex for control, optimization and control of the technological process of ultrasonic welding of polymers in the manufacture of critical products with high quality requirements taking into account existing risks at different stages of the technological process. To achieve the goal of the project was created: - technical task for creation of hardware-software complex of risk-oriented control of technological process of ultrasonic welding of polymers; - algorithm of control and management of technological process of ultrasonic welding of polymers; - hardware-software complex of control of technological process of process of ultrasonic welding of polymers; - scientific and technical report. The system of control, optimization and management of technological process created as a result of this project allowed to reduce the risk of inadequate quality of welding operations and provided improvement and increase of productivity of the complex in the aspect of quality of final products.
