The constructive and technological realization of the measuring flow cell is offered. The cell is designed for single use, has a plastic body. The flow channel has a volume of up to 200 μl. The cell is equipped with two measuring electrodes, one of which is a nanostructured and biofunctionalized specific oligonucleotide. Experimental studies of CdS nanocrystalline arrays using experimental methods such as conductometry, fluorescence spectrometry, and piezoelectric microweighing were performed to identify thiol functionalization processes.
