The objective of work for 2021: the formation of a database of medical and demographic indicators of the state of health of the population of the most radioactively contaminated administrative districts of Ukraine. Observation region: Luhyny, Narodychy, Ovruch, Korosten and Olevsk districts of Zhytomyr region, Vyshhorod, Ivankiv and Polissya districts of Kyiv region, Rokytne and Sarny districts of Rivne region, Kozelets and Ripky districts of Chernihiv region. Observation period: 1979–2020 Research methods: empirical and theoretical (analogy, abstraction, deduction, induction), documentary analysis, mathematical and statistical and computer programming. The main key aspects and tendencies related to regional forecasthave been analyzed. Modern databases posted on departmental web resources on the Internet have been studied and literature sources, where special attention was paid tothe approach of other researchers to the selection of indicators to predict health statuspopulation, demographic situation and environ-ment.The possibility of obtaining statistical data on administrativeterritorial units from various sources of primary medical and demog-raphic information has been studied andgroups of statistical and demographic indicators that are formed in the regionsare studied during the census and characterize modern demographic processesat the regional level have been distinguished. Databases on popula-tion by sex and age (2018–2021) and the main consequences of natural population movement (2017–2020) on Ukraine and the study region have been supplemented.
