The purpose: creating a system for quantitative description of exposure processes of human organs and tissues due to intake of radionuclides in emergency exposure situations, which can lead to tissue reactions (deterministic effects) to improve the emergency response system. Methods: information, analytical, dosimetric. Results: a pilot system for characterizing the processes of the formation of individual exposure doses for people of different ages, as well as for the embryo and fetus of pregnant women, was developed for use in emergency exposure situations. The developed system was tested on the example of cases of iodine radioisotopes intake during severe accidents at nuclear power reactors in Ukraine. The analysis of the results obtained during testing is carried out. The materials of the work are presented to the ICRP Task Group on Emergency Dosimetry for use in the development of new ICRP publications. Product Description popup.authors Berkovskyi Volodymyr B.
