In particular, the regularities of the formation of the structural state of thermomechanically strengthened structural steels have been experimentally studied. It has been shown that the formation of a specific ordered macrostructural inhomogeneity provides the possibility of obtaining shaped rolled products with strength 390-480 MPa with a satisfactory mechanical and operational properties. The possibility of forming symmetrical and asymmetric two- and three-layer inhomogeneous structures in terms of rolled thickness instead of traditional symmetrical five-layer structures has been shown firstly. The peculiarities of the formation of the structural state of steels with carbonitride hardening on the basis of the Al + Ti + N microalloying system have been studied. The possibility of production of high-strength shaped rolled products with strength 390-440 MPa with a satisfactory mechanical and operational properties in the hot-rolled steel has been shown. This level of properties in the hot-rolled steel is provided by the formation of a highly dispersed ferrite-perlite structure. Peculiarities of formation of acicular ferrite structure during decomposition of undercooled austenite in steels with carbonitride strengthening have been established. The possibility of obtaining high-strength shaped products with a yield strength of up to 550 MPa and a satisfactory mechanical and operational properties has been shown. The complex of properties is achieved due to the formation of the structure of acicular ferrite during the decomposition in the bainite region of undercooled austenite of steels microalloyed by Al + Ti + N system. The formed structure of acicular ferrite is characterized by a high degree of disorientation of bainitic laths, which allows to obtain high toughness and fatigue strength.
