The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with exacerbation of bronchial asthma by conducting systemic enzyme therapy with enterosorption. Methods: general clinical, immunological, statistical. The structure of comorbid pathology was established in 252 (74.8%) patients with zBA, including in 144 (42.3%) persons with diseases of the digestive system. It has been shown that patients with severe zBA had more allergic diseases than moderate zBA in (47.0 and 35.4%) and coronary heart disease, but fewer diseases of the digestive system, genitourinary system, oropharyngeal organs, thyroid and kidney. It was found that in severe and uncontrolled asthma the frequency of pathological immunological changes was higher than in moderate asthma (1.4-1.8) times and in persons with controlled and partially controlled course, and the presence of comorbid pathology caused it further increase (1.26.9) times. It is shown that high intoxication indices were determined in 55.9% of patients with zBA, which may be an indication for detoxification therapy. According to the results of the study, the technology for determining the indications for enterosorbents and systemic enzyme therapy in complex therapy of patients with zBA, the use of which allowed to determine the indications for enterosorbents in 34.9%, enzymes in 21.7% and their combination in 31.9% with exacerbation of asthma.
