The purpose of the work is the reconstruction of individual doses of internal irradiation of residents of radioactively contaminated territories of Ukraine based on the results of WBC measurements in 1986-2018. Research methods are empirical and theoretical, statistical data processing, mathematical modeling, computer programming. An additional 35,319 records were added to the electronic database of WBC measurements results performed in 1986. The information on the devices and the values of its minimum detected activity for 27,119 records were established. Information on the body weight of measured persons was restored. The values of incorporated radionuclides 137 Cs and 134 Cs for all new records were calculated. The content and quality of the records performed in 1986 and entered into the WBC database in 2019-2021 were analyzed. All measurements were divided according to the developed criterion into three quality groups: “high quality” - 18 598 records (53% of all new ones), “conditional” - 16 685 records (47%), “low quality” - 36 records (0.1%). The methodology of dose reconstruction for internal exposure of Ukrainian population is developed. Mentioned methodology applied an ecological-dosimetric model of migration of radiocaesium in environment and model of metabolism of radiocaesium in a human body for calculations of dose burden in 1986. Doses calculated according to this methodology are entered into the database. Revised database currently contains 1,524,198 records of measurements performed in 1986-2014. 8 publications on research topics were published in 2019-2021, including 3 articles in scientific journals and 5 proceedings of scientific conferences. An analytical report was prepared, 3 acts of implementation were received.
