The purpose of the work is individualization the radiation doses for the inhabitants of the radioactively contaminated territories of Ukraine. Research methods are analysis, mathematical modeling and computer programming. An analysis of the information received from the SRU in 2019–2021 was carried out. According to the results of the analysis, generalized criteria for selecting persons for the sub-cohort were formulated in order to individualize the doses of persons registered in the SRU. The volume of the formed sub-cohort is 78,035 people registered in the SRU. Ecological-dosimetric models for reconstruction of annual effective doses of external and internal exposure of the persons registered in SRU were developed and verified; parameterization of the models was justified. Estimations of individualized effective doses of internal and external irradiation in the period 1986–2020 and doses of thyroid exposure in 1986 were obtained for 78,035 persons of mentioned districts registered in the SRU, which is 87% of persons from these areas registered in the SRU. A database of individualized radiation doses has been formed. The average effective individualized dose accumulated over the 35-year period after the Chernobyl accident by persons registered in the SRU and living in Luhynskyi district is 31 mSv, Vyshhorodskyi - 10 mSv, Poliskyi - 14 mSv, Semenivskyi - 19 mSv. The average dose estimation of thyroid exposure in 1986 was 266 mGy for persons from Luhynskyi district, 121 mGy, 418 and 203 mGy for people from Vyshhorodskyi, Poliskyi and Semenivskyi districts, respectively. Implementation: in 2019–2021, 18 works were published, methodological recommendations were prepared, 7 reports were made at scientific conferences, and 9 acts of implementation were received.
