The aim of the study was to study the nature of proliferative activity of breast tumors and structural and functional changes in the thyroid gland in patients with malignant breast tumors affected by the Chernobyl accident. Research methods: general clinical, radiographic, ultrasonogra 94 patients with breast cancer (breast cancer) who suffered from the Chernobyl accident were examined, structural changes in the thyroid gland (thyroid) were diagnosed in 84%, functional in 41.5% of patients. Indicators of proliferative activity up to 20% were diagnosed in 12.8% and more than 20% in 87.2% of patients. In patients with Luminal A subtype of breast cancer in 50% were diagnosed with a high degree of tumor differentiation and 50% with moderate. Luminal B in 6% - high, 62% - moderate and 32% low degree of differentiation, with HER-2 / neu-positive subtype in 9.1% high, 45.4% moderate and 45.4% low. With basal-like in 17.4% moderate, in 82.6% low degree of cell differentiation. Decreased Ki-67 by neoadjuvant polychemotherapy (NAPHT) was observed in 72.5% of patients and 8.8% of patients were diagnosed with complete clinical and pathomorphological regression of the tumor. The decrease in the size of the primary breast tumor (MS) was confirmed morphologically observed in 94.5% of patients who received NAPHT. Against the background of NAPHT, a change in the molecular genetic phenotype of the primary MH tumor was observed. Luminal B HER-2 / neu-negative phenotype was transferred to Luminal A phenotype in 35.2% of patients. The decrease in the level of Ki-67 after NAPHT in patients with Luminal B HER-2 / neu-negative phenotype occurred 2.3 times. Published scientific papers - 24, issued some guidelines, created a new technology. Field of application - radiation medicine, oncology.
