Purpose: to investigate the effect of intact human blood lymphocytes on cytogenetic parameters in vitro irradiated at a dose of 0.50 Gy blood cells of untreated patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia for their co-cultivation. Results: а cytogenetic study of the rescue effect with the help of co-cultivation of blood cells of untreated patients with CLL (unirradiated and irradiated in vitro 137Cs in a dose of 0.50 Gy) with intact peripheral blood lymphocytes of healthy individuals was performed. The peculiarities of the studied cells by cytogenetic markers of genome stability were revealed. Rescue effect induction in irradiated in vitro blood cells of untreated patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia were established by co-cultivation with intact lymphocytes of healthy persons.
