Due to the vibrational effect on the melt flow, the turbulence of flows, the use of multi-stage phase contact (as well as a combination of these methods) and increase specific power of the equipment, it becomes possible to increase the energy and environmental efficiency of monodisperse droplets, granulation and other auxiliary stages. An integrated approach to the creation of small granulation modules should also include consideration of the processes of the utilization of hazardous waste (with the possibility of their return to the process) and heat and moisture recovery with subsequent use of this potential within the module forms another project idea heat and moisture recovery based on the use of the Maisotsenko cycle, and the use of elements built into the main equipment for the disposal of hazardous waste.
