The object of research is the trade activity and the mechanism of functioning of a modern cooperative enterprise as an object of management consulting. The subject of research is the system of formation and use of management consultations based on the results of Lityn District Consumer Society «HASTRONOM». The purpose of the study is to study the peculiarities of the application of the specifics of management consulting of the enterprise as an object of management, as well as the features of the process of managing a consumer society. Research methods: grouping and comparison methods - for research and critical analysis of the theoretical content of the category «management consulting»; system analysis - to assess and analyze the impact of the consequences of consulting activities in the management system; situation analysis - to study the approaches for definition of management consulting, and the need to determine the place of management consulting in the system of consulting services relative to the enterprise of consumer cooperation. Scientific novelty determines the features and the need in help of consultants, which is due not only to new knowledge, analytical skills, activities and methodological approaches that can bring a consultant to a client organization, but also that third-party consultants are designed to help modern leaders navigate in difficult conditions of accelerations technological changes, rapid growth of business activity, which greatly affects the future of the organization in the system of consumer cooperation.
