The aim was to study the clinical-laboratory and immunological parameters of the hemolytic process in patients with diffuse B-large cell lymphoma depending on the degree of aggressiveness of the disease. The study of general clinical parameters, autoimmune anti-erythrocyte antibodies, indicators of resistance of the erythrocyte cell membrane to osmotic destruction was performed. 55% of patients with B-DLCL had hypo- or normochromic anemia of various degrees, 40% of patients had a deviation of protein synthesis function of the liver, 55% had deviation of the functional properties of transaminases. Destructive changes in glycerophospholipids and dysfunction of the erythrocyte cell membrane were found in all patients with B-DLCL. There was a decrease of the minimum osmotic resistance of erythrocytes (ORE) of fresh blood samples to the level of 0,55% NaCl solution. The ORE of the incubated blood samples was within normal limits. Autoimmune anti-erythrocyte thermal IgG and thermal acid hemolytic antibodies were detected at the IA stage of the disease.
