The technology of obtaining structured thin-film nitride and oxide coatings by ion-plasma methods has been developed. Two-layer structures consisting of TiN-TiO2, Ti-TiN, TiN-ZnO2 layers, three-layer coatings consisting of TiN-Ti-TiN and TiN-TiO2-TiN layers and single-layer TiN and Zn coatings were synthesized on copper samples. Studies have shown that: two-layer coatings consisting of TiN-ZnO2 layers improve breakdown characteristics from 20 to 25% on various indicators in comparison with a copper surface.   Product Description popup.authors Yeryomin Sergiy O.
