Firstly developed: 1) the psychological-pedagogical model of the technology of creative thinking activation; 2) the model of image transformation process while creative tasks solving by senior pupils; 3) the typology of students’ cognitive reacting by the indicator of creative tasks solving timeliness; 4) the tasks typology by the level of its’ creativeness. The scientific notions about the strategical organization of creative thinking in the complicated conditions are improved. The system KARUS as a means for the diagnostics and development of creative thinking of personality is improved. Acquired further development the theory of creative personality, proposed by V. O.
