Objective: to improve the prevention of psychopathology of the behavioral spectrum in adolescents with depressive disorders based on the study of clinical and social, psychological, hereditary, neurohormonal, neurophysiological factors of their formation. Results: the typology of behavioral disorders in adolescents with depressive disorders and the role of hereditary, psychological, neurohormonal, neurophysiological factors of their formation. Factor models of Kolmogorov-Sinai entropy EEG of the studied areas of the cerebral hemispheres of healthy adolescents and patients with depressive behavioral disorders (DBD) were obtained, which is important in determining the tactics of neurophysiological diagnosis and choice of therapy. The role of serotonin, melatonin and cortisol in the mechanisms of formation and course of DBD in adolescents has been determined. The prognostic significance of clinical-psychopathological, psychosocial, genetic, neurophysiological markers of risk of DBD formation is determined. The technology of psychosocial intervention and support of adolescents with DBD is substantiated. Novelty: for the first time the necessity of complex assessment of DBD taking into account psychological, hereditary, neurohormonal, neurophysiological factors of their formation is substantiated. Prognostically significant signs of DBD formation have been identified. The system of psychosocial measures aimed at psychoprophylaxis of DBD in adolescents has been improved.
