Objective: To develop new approaches to the isolation of microbial metabolites - cellular and extracellular polymers and surfactants for technologies of low-waste production of environmentally friendly products with multifunctional properties, assessment of their practical potential. Research methods: biotechnological, microbiological, physicochemical, UV / vis, NMR, IR spectroscopic. Results and their novelty. According to the results of the 1st stage of the budget topic "Scientifically substantiated approaches to the creation of low-waste biotechnology environmentally friendly polymers and surfactants" isolated trehalose-6,6'-dimicolate from a mixture of trehalose lipid surfactants of R. erythropolis strain Au-1; its heat resistance (up to 130 оС) was determined. The feasibility of using cocoa butter for the biosynthesis of trehalose lipid surfactants of G. rubripertincta strain UCM As-122 has been experimentally confirmed. Complete inhibition of growth of test cultures of microorganisms and yeast by alginate microspheres, encapsulated complex preparations based on ethylthiosulfonate and rhamnolipids was established. Nanoparticles of rhamnolipids with thiosulfonates were also synthesized and the hydrodynamic dimensions of their micellar structures in aqueous solutions were determined. The composition of the nutrient medium for the production of PHA of Azotobacter vinilandii has been improved. It was found that pre-sowing treatment of seeds with solutions of polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) and polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) contributed to the increase of morphometric parameters of Raphanus sativus var. radicula Pers. Thus, the prospects for the use of environmentally friendly composite preparations based on biosurfactants and biopolymers for veterinary medicine and crop production in low-waste production technologies are identified.
