The possibility of regulating the morphology and rheological characteristics of incompatible mixtures of polymers by introducing nanosized thermo- and organomodified aluminosilicates and oxides of metals of different chemical nature into the melt is established. It is shown that in the presence of nanomodifiers the dimensional characteristics of microfibers decrease, their number and uniformity of distribution on diameters increase. The formation of anisotropic structures causes a decrease in the viscosity and elasticity of the melts. A mechanism for improving matrix-fibrillar morphology in nanofilled systems is proposed, which consists in the compatibilizing effect of modifiers on interfacial phenomena and changes in viscoelastic properties of components due to selective placement of nanoadditives in one of the phases or at the interface. The increase in the degree of dispersion and deformation of the droplets of the dispersed phase component is due to a decrease in the surface tension, increasing the lifetime of microfibrils of smaller diameters and approaching the ratio of viscosities and elasticities of the dispersed phase and matrix to unity. Developed technology for microfiber filter materials (FM) by processing melts of nanofilled polymer blends, which allowed to simultaneously increase the precision, efficiency and productivity of FM, which is a significant advantage over existing filters, as increased efficiency is usually accompanied by reduced permeability. Based on the results of the research, a one-time technological regulation for the production of cartridge filters with filter material based on polypropylene microfibers filled with alumina nanoparticles was developed.
