Technological processes of separation of details from foundries, grinding by abrasive in the form of free granules, including in the conditions of low temperatures, mixing of fine powders with simultaneous maintenance of increase of productivity and reduction of power consumption at performance of these technological operations are considered. The results of research are the relationships that establish the relationship between design and technological parameters of the machine, the type and properties of parts, filler. The research results allow to predict the technological result at the design stage. In addition, new designs of machines with complex movement of working capacity are proposed, for which dependences are obtained that allow to calculate their main design parameters with the predicted technological result, while creating conditions for increasing the intensity of technological operations.
