Objective: To study the biomechanical markers of acquired pathological features of standing and walking, with a long course of diseases of the hip joint and their clinical impact on the results of endoprosthesis in the short and long term. Research methods and equipment: conceptual modeling, graphoanalytical, finite element, dynamic, clinical methods of examination of patients' statics and walking Theoretical and practical results: Conceptual, four mathematical and clinical models have been developed, which consider the work of the muscles of the lower extremity in the conditions of limitation of movements in the hip joint. The conceptual model considers the physiological process of formation and the process of restructuring postural habits due to the long degenerative process. Mathematical models have considered changes in the muscles of the lower extremity and pelvic girdle with limited movement in the hip joint when standing and walking. The clinical model showed the features of statographic parameters in contractures in the hip joints. Clinical studies before and after arthroplasty showed the features of motor patterns of patients and identified markers that persist in patients after arthroplasty. Novelty: For the first time, the influence of degenerative diseases of the hip joints on changes in the work of the muscles of the lower extremity, pelvic girdle and biomechanically sound measures to restore the symmetry of walking has been proven mathematically and clinically. Effectiveness of implementation (socio-economic): The application of the proposed method of restoring the symmetry of human gait can improve the results of rehabilitation of patients after surgery on the lower extremities. The time to restore the symmetry of the gait is reduced by 1.5 times. Field of use: medicine.
