According to the comparative investigation of structure and properties it was shown that obtained composites containing magnetite prepared by chemical precipitation for 5 minutes have a resorption rate of 3.5-7.5 times higher compared to "pure" biogenic hydroxyapatite and 1.2-2 times higher than composites containing magnetite prepared by thermolysis in nitrogen. Based on the study of structure and properties of highly porous hydroxyapatite glassceramics it was established that chitosan coating allows increasing twice the compressive strength of the material and 1.7 times the bioresorption rate in physiological solution. It was also shown that modification of glassceramics based on biogenic hydroxyapatite with 1 wt. % of nanodiamond permit increasing twice the compressive strength of the samples. The obtained results allow recommending the developed materials for further medical and laboratory research as promising for medical use, in particular for bone tissue engineering.
