Aim – to find out typical morphological signs of infections lesions of lung in patients with HIV infections and to create an algorithm of morphological diagnostics of such pathological processes to minimize diagnostic errors. It was found that the spectrum of secondary diseases among HIV-positive hospitalized patients by phthisiopulmonology profile over a 5-year period retains relative stability and tuberculosis of the thorax is dominated (67,1%). It was found that the most rational for additional use are the methods of Ziel-Nielsen, immunofluorescent and PAS-reaction with alcyan blue in order to establish the etiology of the process in HIV-infected patients with infectious pathology. The use of a set of histological methods to establish the etiology of the infectious process has increased the efficiency of morphological diagnosis by 10,0%. The peculiarities of the distribution of CD4 + cells in lung tissue on the background of HIV and its dependence on the level of these cells in the peripheral blood were clarified. The "Method of immunomorphological diagnostics of tuberculosis infection" was developed, its diagnostic expediency was determined, in particular, in lesions of the broncho-pulmonary system, the use of which allows to increase the specificity of the study from 60,0 to 81,5%. The algorithm for morphological diagnosis of infectious pathology of the thorax taking into account additional methods of laboratory diagnostics has been developed, as a result of which the efficiency was 98.1% Sphere of application – phthisiology, pathomorphology.
