It was found that in the Inconel 718 alloy, after 3D printing and heat treatment at the boundaries and inside the initial -phase, - and -phases are formed, hereditarily related to the dendritic structure and boundaries of dendrite fusion. Heat treatment of the Inconel 718 alloy after 3D printing, increasing its strength, enhances the heterogeneity of the microstructure and mechanical properties, which is inherited by the cast structure. For reliable identification of the phases and structures of the Inconel 718 alloy after 3D printing and heat treatment in order to select optimal modes and control the structural one, further studies are required using diffraction methods - X-ray analysis and transmission electron microscopy.
