It was found that the density of neutral hydrogen changes during the cycle of solar activity much more strongly (up to three times) than predicted by the International Atmospheric Standard NRLMSISE 00. Simulation results were validated by data of international plasma satellite missions and Whistler receivers. It was found that the plasma-atmospheric density changes significantly (up to 1.5 times) during the cycle of solar activity.
