The object of the study is the processes of transfer of eco-innovations in the system "enterprise-region-state" in the context of the impact on economic growth and security of the national economy. The aim of the study is to study the multi-channel inter-sectoral and multi-level transfer of eco-innovations, aimed at creating the prerequisites for the transition from local eco-projects to the model of "green" economic growth. The model is based on the mathematical formalization of the influence of eco-innovation transfer channels on the economic development and security of the country, through which the fastest and most productive transfer of eco-innovations from local projects to the meso- and macro-environment is carried out (based on GAP analysis, the Holt method and trigonometric analysis). ) and the formalization of convergent links between factors that are catalysts/inhibitors for enterprises to scale up eco-innovations at the meso- and macrolevels.
