It was found that the optimal working concentrations of conjugates of Mabs with dyes are 1-5 μg / ml. The results of the evaluation of marker expression using domestic Mabs conjugates with dyes and commercial analogues from Becton Coulter show that the average level of fluorescence intensity of cells labeled with these reagents does not differ significantly.
