Installation of a new unit-regulator of output power consisting of modern electron components was done. Control system was tuned for crystallization units containing graphite materials tungsten or molybdenum crucibles. A crystallization unit characterizes by axial temperature gradient ≥250-300 C / cm. It has been done for better melt convection and growth of crystals characterizing by higher Nd segregation coefficient. Experiments on crystal growth using tungsten and molybdenum crucibles were carried out. It is shown that at this stage of development the grown crystals are characterized by intensive absorption in the spectral ranges of 250 - 300, 350-400 and 450-550 nm due to interaction with graphite.  Product Description popup.authors Vovk Oleg M.
