Purpose of the study: to identify the features of the development of chronic fatigue in the process of restoring the functional state of combatants exposed to combat stress, to develop preventive measures to mitigate its consequences. Research methods - hygienic, physiological, psychophysiological, psychological, statistical. Three contingents of military personnel, participants of the ATO / JFO were examined: those who, upon returning from the ATO / JFO zone, were recognized as healthy; who were treated in a mobile hospital for injury or illness; who were in a medical institution for rehabilitation. The volume of the study is 300 people. The study identified groups of powerful and beneficial elements of compensatory functional behavior, patterns of changes in the degree of emotional burnout in different groups of combatants, electrical activity of the brain and heart rate parameters. It was found that personal qualities have an impact on the level of restoration of the functional state of ATO / OOS veterans. It was shown that after undergoing rehabilitation in a hospital, the connection between the symptoms of emotional burnout and the assessments of impressions from the impact of environmental factors decreased from 13% to 7% (p <0.02), which indicates a significant decrease in the level of emotional experiences from the action of factors of the combat environment. The principles of applying a complex of rehabilitation measures to improve the functional state of the combatants' organism have been formulated. The developed guidelines suggest a set of measures for correcting the functional state to restore mental performance after stress and psychophysiological preventive measures to increase stress resistance. Two patents for a useful models were obtained. Product Description popup.authors Opanasenko Vitaly Viktorovich popup.nrat_date 2022-03-09 Close
