The purpose of the work is to create a favorable innovation environment for developers of competitive domestic tractors, combines and agricultural machinery and implements in the agricultural sector of Ukraine's economy in terms of its integration into the EU. Research methods - research methods were based on the general principles of structural and system analysis and synthesis of production systems in Ukraine of agricultural tractors, combine harvesters and agricultural machines and implements. The results of the research are the concept of the development of domestic tractor and machine building in the conditions of Ukraine's integration into the EU. which reveals the following positions: identification of problems to be addressed by the Concept; factors of occurrence of the specified problems; the purpose of the Concept; ways and means of realization of the Concept; expected results of the Concept implementation; assessment of organizational, financial, logistical and labor resources needed to implement the concept. Stage 1.2 The object of research is the process of formation of yield and quality of seeds of agricultural crops. The purpose of the work is to improve the technologies of growing and using plant growth regulators on oilseeds. Research methods - in the process of performing the work used special and general scientific research methods (field method; laboratory methods: chemical, morphophysiological, biochemical; statistical methods: variance, regression, cluster analysis. Research results - developed elements of technology for the use of plant growth regulators, fertilizers and various tillages to improve sowing, marketable quality of oilseeds and improve the adaptability of plants to abiotic and biotic environmental factors.
