It was determined that it is advisable to base the work on the idea of ??using the methods of intelligent analysis of actions and the method of decision-making based on precedents. The main features and structural elements of the process knowledge model are given. It is shown that the advantages of this model are associated with the configuration and hierarchical representation of the process of identification and recognition of moving objects based on intelligent signal analysis using the algebra of finite predicates and the theory of neural networks. It is shown how this approach can be used to automate the process of detecting and recognizing sedentary aircraft, which can be both in flight and hovering. On the basis of the analysis of the existing unsolved problems and tasks of signal processing automation, the target tasks of the work were formulated and fulfilled, as a result of which the following were developed: predicate models of knowledge of processes about unobtrusive air objects in multi-view radars. based on the use of the mathematical algebraic apparatus of finite predicates; methods of processing knowledge about the processes of identification and recognition of moving, stationary and stationary air objects based on intelligent analysis of processes; an automated system for processing knowledge about processes and making decisions in surveillance radars for detecting and recognizing subtle air objects and experimental research of the developed system. The results are substantiated and confirmed by experimental studies based on the use of records of real radar signals from multi-survey radars.
