A series of β-Ga2O3 nanopowders of different dispersion was obtained by the method of high-energy mechanical grinding. The morphology, structure, and optical-luminescent characteristics of these β-Ga2O3 nanopowders were studied. An approach to the construction of new N-substituted derivatives of 3,5-dimethyl-2,6-dicyanoanilines has been developed. It was found to exhibit the effect of ultra-long-term phosphorescence at room temperature in the crystalline state. New poly-, mono- and nanocrystalline samples of compounds and solid solutions of intermetallics have been synthesized. Phase equilibria are established and isothermal cross sections of state diagrams are constructed. The characteristics of materials for lithium and metal hydride power sources are obtained. Indicator paragenesis of coarse-grained graphite with niobium-containing titanite and barium feldspars was established. A GIS model of the geological structure of the graphite mineralization distribution area has been created. Orthophotos of two modal sections, in particular the Sukil riverbed and the forest quarry with the development of erosion processes within it were obtained. A numerical model of halo-scale formation of dwarf galaxies in the Dark Ages and Cosmic Dawn in models with cold and warm dark matter, quintessential dark energy and with and without the original turbulent magnetic field has been created. The dependences of the brightness temperature of the halo in the lines of the first molecules H2, HD and HeH+ on the redshift and the parameters of the models of hidden components are obtained. Mathematical models of corrosion destruction of materials are constructed and the methods for determination of residual life of elements of structures of long-term operation in the conditions of force loading and the corrosion-aggressive environment are developed on this basis.
