Creation of working solutions and selection of modes (voltage, current, time) of plasma electrooxidation to create oxide films on the surface of magnesium alloys. 2. Formation of oxide film on the surface of magnesium alloys with the addition of different concentrations and shapes of nanoparticles of silver and zinc oxide. 3. Determination of physicochemical, corrosion, structural and optical characteristics of the surface of implants obtained by different methods. 4. Determination of the degree of adhesion, proliferation and metabolism of cells during cultivation on implants with a functionalized surface. 5. Generalization of research results in terms of the possibility of creating biodegradable orthopedic implants. Studies of the quality of the modified surface of magnesium alloys, in particular the dynamics of resorption of alloys, thickness and chemical composition, as well as features of film morphology, its mechanical properties, which allowed to determine the structure and elemental composition of the surface.
