This approach optimizes the growth of the producer strain, and accordingly significantly reduces the time required to obtain the final product. In the in vitro system we investigated the peculiarities of the interaction of controlled nanobiocomposite containing nanoparticles of ferromagnet and lectin B. subtilis IMB B-7724 with model systems of different degrees of malignancy and sensitivity to antitumor drugs. In assessing the viability and proliferation of cells of the most common hormone-dependent malignancies, it was found that the most sensitive to cytotoxic effects of nanobiocomposite are human breast cancer cells with the phenotype of drug resistance to doxorubicin MCF-7/Dox, to cisplatin MCF-7/СР and receptor-negative cells of the high malignancy degree MDA-MB-231. In human prostate cancer cells, the greatest antiproliferative effect of the nanobiocomposite was observed against cells DU-145 with a high malignancy degree, which are characterized by a medium sensitivity to doxorubicin and high to cisplatin. The least sensitive to the action of the nanobiocomposite were low-malignant LNCaP cells resistant to cisplatin, as well as high-malignant PC-3 cells resistant to doxorubicin.
