To achieve this goal it was necessary to solve the following scientific and applied problems: 1. To analyze modern processes of formation, modification, operating conditions and processing of polymeric and biopolymer materials. 2. Determine the main parameters of the structure and properties of biopolymers. 3. Form biopolymer films and prepare them for ultrasonic welding. When solving problems, the object and subject of research are selected, the latest research methods are applied, as well as the obtained experimental results are theoretically substantiated, generalized and described, practical recommendations for introduction of developed technologies into production are formulated. The object of research is the processes of formation of biopolymer films based on PНB. The subject of research is biopolymer films based on PНB. Scientific novelty of the work. 1. For the first time biopolymer films of plasticized polyhydroxybutyrate powder (PНB) were formed by heat pressing, it was found that for their formation it is necessary to use reduced temperature regimes, and to increase their ability to biodegrade increased, their mutual exclusion is shown. 2. For the first time the formation of biopolymer films formed by dissolution method was studied. 3. Technological recommendations for the formation of films of biopolymers with the ability to biodegrade and developed that with decreasing heating temperature decreases the crystallinity, and by increasing the heating time we obtain a more crystalline structure. The study of physicochemical properties of the base material was carried out, the temperature regimes for the formation of films based on polyhydroxybutyrate were established.
