The purpose: to increase the efficiency of providing medical care to patients with HTN and CHD, combined with certain internal diseases, by improving pharmacological therapy, differentiated use of mini-invasive and surgical methods of treatment, optimization of preventive and rehabilitation measures using modern information technologies. Data from 3593 patients were analyzed. The control group consisted of 295 individuals. A survey of 131 doctors was conducted. For the first time, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the prevalence of comorbidities in patients with CHD, who were registered with a cardiologist at the State Institution of Science "Research and Practical Center of Preventive and Clinical Medicine" State Administrative Department and underwent percutaneous coronary intervention. The most common comorbid conditions were HTN, cerebrovascular diseases, atherosclerotic vascular disease and diabetes mellitus type 2. We provided a scientific and methodological support of continuous professional education of physicians on the issues of complex assessment and correction of cardiovascular risk factors in patients with CHD. The data of the local departmental register of patients who suffered from MI have been supplemented. We have studied some clinical and pathophysiological features of MI in patients of different age groups have been studied; as well as certain genetic factors associated with the occurrence of thrombotic complications in individuals with reactive changes in the peripheral blood.
