The aim is to create a primer layer with high adhesion to the surface and to test the technology of electrodeposition of nano-modified fluoroplastic coating based on fluoropolymer F-30P with high wear resistance. Studies of the adhesion of nano-modified fluoroplastic coatings were performed according to ASTM D 2197 "Method for determining the adhesion of organic coatings by scraping" using the device NOVOTEST Ts1-M. Studies on the abrasion of fluoroplastic coatings were performed using a device for testing materials for abrasion resistance DIT-M. It is established that to increase the adhesion of the fluoroplastic coating to the metal surface it is necessary to create a primer layer that includes adhesion promoters: graphite C-1-25 wt.%, Highly dispersed aminoorganosilicon based on aero force -3 wt. %. Studies on the abrasion resistance of the developed fluoroplastic coatings have shown that when introduced into the outer layer of a three-layer fluoroplastic coating based on F-30 P 17 wt. % graphite C-1+1 wt. % aminoorganosilicon based on aero force +2 wt. % ZrО2+3% Y2O3(500)˚C abrasion resistance of the coating increases by 1,38 times. The technology of electrostatic application of the nanomodified fluoroplastic coating on a metal surface has been developed: the first primer layer should be applied at an electrostatic field strength of 50kV, and for subsequent layers, the voltage should be increased to 60-70 kV. The novelty of the study is that to increase the adhesion to the metal surface of the fluoropolymer coating F-30P to its primer layer graphite C-1 (25 wt.%) аnd aminoorganosilicon, which were based on aero force (3 wt.%), were introduced. Increased wear resistance and stability of the outer layer of the fluoropolymer coating based on F-30P is achieved due to its modification with ZrО2+3% Y2O3(500)˚C Product Description popup.authors Demchuk Oleksandr S.
