The vortex structures of Mo / Si and W / Si superlattices in inclined magnetic fields have been studied. Electromagnetic radiation of the microwave range was detected when the Mo / Si layers intersected with an Abrikosov vortex lattice. Mechanisms for detecting single photons of the IR range in MoSi superconducting microstrip detectors and in multilayer WSi detectors have been studied. A new method of laser scanning microscopy (LSM) for detecting microwave contrast of superconductors has been experimentally introduced. The theory of a number of dynamic quantum phenomena in qubit systems coupled to control electronics and dissipative environment has been developed. The theory is used to describe experiments on silicon double quantum dots, spin states on impurities in field-effect transistors and qubits. The effects of stochastic amplification of low-frequency signals in the SQUID RF circuits have been studied experimentally and numerically. The scheme of the counter of single microwave photons with qubit is offered. The evolution in time of the spin part of the singlet wave function of two electrons in a magnetic field and its connection with the theories of ferromagnetic superconductors and chemical reactions in spin chemistry have been studied.
