The aim of the work is to develop complex systems for the synthesis of nanosized metals for biological application under the action of erosive plasma in a liquid. In this work, spectroscopic methods for the diagnosis of erosive plasma in a liquid with impurities of copper and zinc have been developed and tested. Various reactors for the generation / synthesis of metal nanoparticles are considered. The population temperature of the energy levels of copper and zinc atoms was determined by the Boltzmann diagrams. The electron concentration in such a plasma was determined from the widths of the profiles of the spectral lines of metals (copper and zinc) and the atomic hydrogen line of the Balmer series, assuming that the Stark effect is the dominant mechanism of expansion of these lines.
