The purpose of the work is to choose the compositions of nanoheterogeneous coatings for microflare burners and to develop methods for mathematical modeling of transfer processes in coated burners. Experimental methods for determining the properties of coatings and methods for computer simulation of the thermal state of coated burners were used as research methods. A component composition of powdered nanoheterogeneous materials based on a nickel matrix is ​​proposed for heat-resistant coatings of burner devices. The main properties of the proposed heat-resistant materials are determined. It is established, in particular, that for these materials the resistance to oxidation is higher than the resistance of stainless steel by more than an order of magnitude, and wear resistance significantly exceeds the corresponding values ​​for traditionally used heat-resistant materials. A set of methodological researches on computer modeling of working processes of microf flare burner devices of stabilizer type with protective coatings is performed. On the basis of the developed technique of mathematical modeling the data on efficiency of application of the offered coverings in a combination with special systems of cooling of micro flare burner devices are received. It is shown that the combined use of these measures provides the required thermal state of the burners under operating conditions close to the most intense.
