The purpose of the study: to study the features of functional, psycho-emotional, cognitive disorders and evaluate the effectiveness of different types of rehabilitation in patients with stroke. 176 patients in the recovery period of stroke, who efficiency received medical and complex neurorehabilitation were examined. Clinical and neurological features, cognitive, psychoemotional disorders, risk factors influencing the neurorehabilitation duration and effectiveness of in patients with recovery period of stroke have been studied. The EEG identified neurophysiological signs of successful rehabilitation. It is shown thet the concomitant pathology in the form of metabolic syndrome and the length of the period after stroke affects the lost function rate. The algorithm of cognitive training as a component of neurorehabilitation measures in patients with recovery period of stroke was developed and tested, and its impact on the overall effectiveness of neurorehabilitation measures in this category of patients was studied. The system of differentiated psychotherapeutic correction of psychoemotional disorders in patients with stroke has been developed. The effectiveness of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the recovery period of ischemic stroke has been demonstrated in clinical neurological and EEG examinations.The peculiarities of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke in different rehabilitation periods were studied and a personalized algorithm of non-drug rehabilitation of these patients was created. The effectiveness of choline alfoscerate, axotilin, cebrophyte, and toccata in the complex of neurorehabilitation measures in patients with stroke has also been studied.
