The aim is to study the influence of different types of hypoxia, hypothyroidism in the conditions of intrauterine tissue hypoxia and cariogenic diet on the condition of the dental system and tissues of the oral cavity of rats and correction of their conditions. Scientific novelty. Intrauterine hypoxia, hypoxia of differentiation of oxidation and phosphorylation processes in combination with cariogenic diet; hypothyroidism, a combination of iodine deficiency, hypoxia and cariogenic diet caused in the dental system of rats an increase in the number and depth of carious lesions and increased metabolism. Inflammatory processes in the mucous membrane intensified, lipid peroxidation processes associated with lack of oxygen were activated. All studied drugs showed caries-prophylactic properties; periodontal preparations of polyphenols of nettle leaves, a mixture of succinic acid and glycine, "Iodo-selenium" and polyphenols of plantain leaves. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties in the mucous membrane revealed all the drugs in the periodontal bone improved mineral metabolism. The state of the intercellular matrix was influenced by "Iodo-selenium", "Macromol", polyphenols of nettle leaves and polyphenols of plantain leaves. The greatest normalization of metabolic markers of hypoxia was found in succinic acid, polyphenols of plantain leaves, "Iodo-selenium", polyphenols of nettle leaves and mixtures thereof.
